A tailor-made project

FONTANEL IMMOBILIER is a branch of FONTANEL GROUPE. A french family-run SME with expertise in both sales and construction. Just like this flexible and responsive company, we were able to implement our services in the creation of images and 3D animations to give birth to the ultimate sales tool : interactive 360 ° 3D models.
Here’s how the GREEN MOOD - Bourg en Bresse project was structured to harness these combined strengths.

Atmospheric images

We carried out our jobs as image creators, by proposing visual ambiences to enhance this contemporary architectural program designed by the ARCHIGROUP agency, which led them to create advertising brochures about their project.

As a result, our studio was able to create more than 5 atmospheres, respecting the spirit of flourishing nature and also highlighting the biodiversity of the vegetation. The project’s goal was to create a true place of comfort and invigoration.

Technical atmospheric images

Technical images are also required to provide factual references, such as ground plans.

Although our studio had the possibility of proposing technical cut-away images, this program did not necessarily need them.

Creating 3D real estate images offers numerous benefits for the professionals and potential buyers alike, as it allows one to visualize a property before its construction but also to grasp the dimensions and space while getting a feel of the general atmosphere.
